Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.
  • Please note that during holiday seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Preorder Policy

  • Items available for preorder will be clearly labeled on the product page.
  • Estimated shipping dates will also be noted; however, please remember these are approximate and may vary based on production or supplier schedules.
  • When ordering in-stock items with a preorder item, we will ship everything together once the preorder item becomes available. If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders.
  • We’ll send an email update if any significant changes in the delivery date occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (rates vary by location).
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, like carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Notifications & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to our customer service team at lucaschildrensapparel@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help track and resolve any issues.

Shipping Address Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours to ensure your package is shipped to the correct location.

Return to Sender

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
